Deposit and Rescheduling Policy:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Clients may reschedule one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice. The rescheduled appointment must be booked and completed within 60 days of the original appointment date.

Failure to reschedule within this timeframe, or additional reschedule requests, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals:

Appointments that are missed, canceled without notice, or delayed by more than 15 minutes may be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.

Enhancements & Add-Ons:

Additional services and enhancements may be available during your appointment based on consultation and availability. Pricing varies by service and is not included in promotional offers.

The Sapphire Oasis™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, contraindications, inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or failure to adhere to policies. Refusal of service will not be based on any protected characteristic. Prior unresolved negative history with the business or its owner may impact eligibility for future services.
